Cleaning and Maintenance: The product will come with a free cleaning cloth and a free soft pouch. Use the cleaning cloth by gently rubbing dust off in a circular motion from the lens and the frame. Store glasses within a dust-free environment possible or within the free soft pouch to avoid scratches.

EON Refund Policy

At EON, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below before making a purchase:

Eligibility for Refund:
   - Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from the EON Sunglasses online store.
   - To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
   - Refunds do not apply to items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Refund Requests:
   - All refund requests must be made within  14 days of the original purchase date.
   - To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

 Return Process:
   - Prior to returning the item, customers must contact our customer service team at EONFFASHION@gmail.com or 0415737749 to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   - The item must be returned to EON Sunglasses within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Inspection and Approval:
   - Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
   - If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
   - If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items:
   - Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
     - Customized or personalized items.
     - Clearance or sale items.
     - Gift cards.

Exchange Policy:
   - We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers who wish to exchange an item must follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
